Ordering and Agreement

You can subscribe to electronic services on our website. Once you have paid for your order, we will start delivering it immediately. By using our services, you are required to have read and agreed to our terms and conditions of supply in force from time to time. You understand that your acceptance and payment of an order is binding and creates a contract between us and these Terms of Service.

Right of Withdrawal

In principle, you have the right under Finnish consumer protection law to cancel a service order by notifying us no later than 14 days after the confirmed order. However, due to the digital nature of our service, you do not have the right to cancel if the service has already started to be delivered electronically. The delivery of the service starts at the moment you pay for your order. Payment will start the delivery process immediately.

OUN Oy is not liable for any indirect, direct, or other damages related to the order or arising from the above, except to the extent that mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law provide otherwise for such damages.

Disputes

We aim to resolve any disputes regarding your order primarily through agreement, so please contact our Customer Service first to settle the matter.

If a dispute concerning the sales agreement cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution. Before bringing the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the consumer advisory services of the local register offices (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
